So appreciative that he was able to come out at midnight after I realized my windows were open with a dead battery. Saved me a lot of hassle and prevented a very wet truck interior!!! During a very stressful time at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, while my father was in Paliative Care, my car decided it didn't want to start. It was January, cold, dark, the door attendant was not being compassionate and insisted I move my car, and I just wanted to get home. My insurance company contacted Cresco Towing and a young man came to rescue me and my car. I believe his name was Cody. What a blessing he was! He was very knowledgeable about getting the vehicle onto the flatbed, towed my car about 40 miles, gave my friend and me a lift, and to top it off he was extremely kind, compassionate, and chatty all the way.
